Trips may be canceled due to bad weather conditions. We will email you up to 3 hours before the meeting time if a trip is canceled, and you may choose to reschedule the trip date, or a refund*(minus banking fees) will be issued back to you. 

If PlanetXV cancels a trip due to bad weather, WW3, or an Alien invasion, you will be given a refund*. Any other cancellations not approved or performed by PLANETXV will not receive a refund*. Once a booking is made, we will allow you a 24-hour grace period to cancel your trip and get a refund*.

Rescheduling is allowed once per transaction, at no more than 6 months from your booking date and 72 hours before your selected tour date & time. All participants on a single transaction must reschedule together. After you complete your reschedule booking you will receive an email with updated information.

PLANETXV VENTURES, LLC is insured for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the TRIP. This release extends and applies to, and also covers, and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss, and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of any state, federal, local, or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived. I hereby waive all liability on the part of and hold PLANETXV VENTURES, LLC, and each of such entities, officials, employees, and agents, from and against any and all liability, cause of action or claim for personal injury or property damage arising out of or in connection with against any incidents, occurrences, exposures or injuries, which I hereby legally waive, that occur in connection with any participation of the trip. If any part of this Agreement is held unenforceable, I agree to be bound by the remaining parts.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the trip, related events, and activities by signing below, I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions of this tour and acknowledge that my purchase and payment are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges:

1) I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume responsibility for my participation.

2) I willingly agree to comply with the terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately.

3) By participating in or attending any activity in connection with this program, whether on or off the premises, I consent to the use of photographs, pictures, film, or videotape taken of me or provided by me for publicity, promotion, television websites or any other use and expressly waive any right of privacy, compensation, copyright or other ownership right connected to the same.

4) For safety, each passenger has to allow inspection of their belongings and carry-ons.

i. Passengers will not be allowed in the van if they are in possession of any metal gadget, scissors or cutting tools.
ii. No aluminum cans or glass bottles are allowed in the van.
iii. No guns are allowed inside the van.
iv. PLANETXV has the right to refuse passenger admission if any of these policies have been violated.
v. I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement I fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by continuing with the booking process, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
